The medium of instruction at kamxa is English. All lectures are delivered in English. As part of the curriculum, we also help you develop your written and verbal communication skills that help you become more employable.

Income Share Agreement (ISA) – 6 months

We do issue a certificate of completion upon completion of program. But, kamxa is not a degree institution and we do not grant Bachelors or Masters Degrees. The core focus at kamxa is on skill development and holistic learning.

This is a global program that is open to all candidates.

Income Share Agreement (ISA) based On Job Training (OJT) provides a platform for candidates to upskill and be groomed by professionals without having to pay any training costs until they start earning.

ISA is a contract under which you agree to pay 10% of your post-Kamxa salary for 36 months, but only once you’re making more than 3,00,000/- CTC salary level.

The reason for discontinuity will be thoroughly analysed by our team, if the reason is genuine and terms and conditions are met then the candidate will be able to discontinue and step out of the Income Share Agreement (ISA).

The terms and conditions will be based on time completed at our program, reason behind discontinuity and other specifications that will be mentioned in the Income Share Contract

We support candidates who are taking further steps up their career. As for the Income Share Agreement (ISA), each day at our program adds value to the character and intelligence of a candidate, that is what we strive for. Hence, the Income Share contract will specify the conditions under which the payments will be modified if a candidate takes a job offer during the program.

In the case, that a candidate loses their job, their Income Share Agreement (ISA) will be paused as a protection from financial hardship. The due process and modifications to the ISA in case of job loss will be specified in the contract. There will be terms and conditions based on the nature of the job loss and other details.

As per the ISA, you will be legally bound to furnish all the documents relevant to your Income such as Offer Letter, Salary Slips, Income Tax Returns, Bank Statements etc.

Any modification to the Income Share Agreement (ISA) will be made based on certain terms and conditions pertaining to the income status of the candidate.
